By using this website and booking services with The Caw and Cauldron LLC, you agree to the following terms:
Services
We offer tarot readings, astrology readings, and energy alignment sessions for personal insight and self-reflection. All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom/Phone or Video conference unless in-person arrangements have been made. Details will be provided after booking.
No Guarantees
All services are provided for guidance and awareness. Results are not guaranteed.
Booking & Payment
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
All prices are listed in USD
Sessions are scheduled through our booking platform or through direct contact with the business owner.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be non-refundable
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or missed appointments.
Late/No-Show Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session may be shorted or considered a no-show. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility
You agree that:
You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
You will not rely solely on readings for major life decisions
Recording
Sessions may be recorded upon request. It is your responsibility to download or save any recordings provided.
Digital Delivery Clause
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a scheduled service, not a physical product, and agree to receive this service at the selected time.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to book a session.
Limitation of Liability
The Caw and Cauldron LLC is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
